Lulu - Delivery Concepts

I have been going over the delivery element of this brief as it is key to functionality, and the problem of e-commerce and postal services. I think that it's important to start broad and then narrow down. Going through these i have realised that i want the deliveries to be couriered, which gives me more angles to do bespoke hand crafted deliverables with a solid concept behind them.
