Establishing the typeface i want to use and the style of vectors i want to use, i have begun to combine them together. My choice of using courier shows that it can balance against the complicated vectors, as well as giving of the image of data, which is what i wanted to achieve.
Using a simple grid i have lined up the death toll numbers, this means that there is consistency with the layout, and therefore room to play with hierarchy.
Now that i have established on the type face i want to use i will start playing around with different layout styles as well as different concepts for the layout.
For this however, i have split the 100 information facts that i have across 2 'posters' and added a 3rd to focus on the most tragic day, where i plan to inform the view of exactly what happened and why. That way they work as a set.
