ISTD - Publication initial development

After developing the format i have worked out that size wise it will be 820mmx220mm, so this is just under A1 format. After working this out it was a case of transferring the development across that i had done for the large format posters and now i can try and lay it all out. This publication is more about the tactility and the information than the structural layout.
One key thing is i want it to be simple, so that nothing gets complicated or lost. With the process and effect that i want to apply it important that the design is clear and clean.
I also decided to bring across one of the initial illustrations of the tree that i did very early on, so as to give a basic reference to General Sherman itself, adding more context to the piece.
